Building & Grounds Specialist (2 Openings)

Minneapolis Public Housing Authority, a recognized leader in affordable housing, seeks highly motivated, energetic and responsible team players to perform routine janitorial duties, prepare dwelling units for re-rental, maintain exterior grounds and respond to requests for light maintenance services.

Qualified applicants must have a HS diploma/GED, a valid MN Driver’s License, daily access to a motor vehicle, able to perform manual labor, operate power tools/equipment & lift up to 50 pounds. One year or more relevant work experience preferred. Salary is $14.54/hour + excellent benefits. A criminal history and DL check will be conducted.
